Provided by YP.comI am outraged with the unprofessional treatment I received at the hands of this office and am sharing my experience. I ceased using the office for vet care years ago when I realized my family's dog was written off for death instead of offering alternative treatment plans. I continued to remain a client of the office only to purchase flea topicals since I live close by without issue until today. I called beforehand to confirm they are still selling the specific product as I always had, and was told it was available and could also be purchased as an individual dose if I did not need the box of 3. I arrived and was suspiciously asked to write my last name down, and my dog's name on a post note. I found it odd, but complied. A few minutes later the receptionist remarked she could not find a chart. I explained there would not be a chart since my dog was not a patient. A technician walked over in a loud voice and asked why I was there if my dog was not a patient. They told me to wait a moment. A third office staff approached. In an authoritarian tone (as if I was doing something objectionable) asked how she could help me. I was beside myself at what was unfolding. I replied that she knew exactly that I was there to purchase flea prevention, as she was obviously informed by the prior two staff members whom had walked away and continued to remain away. She ordered me to watch my tone. I angrily replied that her tone was out of line. My time was wasted by whomever answered the phone earlier ensuring me it was in stock and available the same day, without any purchasing conditions. I was also humiliated by all 3 staff members speaking to me as though I was attempting to do something terrible. Nowhere in the office are postings announcing purchasing requirements for over the counter products as limited to vet care recipients. The staff member boldly told me to leave and purchase elsewhere. I had some choice words for her and left. I do not recommend this office for vet care or purchasing products.

Provided by YP.comI have a five year old boxer and I first went to the vet because it was a highly recommended place. For about two years my boxer had a bump on here leg and each time we went we asked about it and the vet said it was nothing and that it would go away on it's own. Finally I was fed up and told them to test it because its been two years and nothing has changed the results came back and it was stage two cancer. Of course I was outraged because the vets always said it was nothing to worry about, so they took it off immediately but not without leaving my dog with a huge unnecessary scar that wasnt properly stitched. She now has a huge scar that looks like it is tearing apart and there are two huge bulges of skin at each end. I went ot another vet and they said that they stitiched it too tight because it was on her leg and she has to move it. Then to make it even worse when i went back to get her stitches taken out the vet had no clue who my dog was or why she was there but the vet technician knew everything and the way he was talking led me to believe that they allowed him to perform my dogs surgery. If you care about your dog and cats don't bring them to this vet and I've talk to other owners who had similiar problems with their dogs having tumors and then hours later the dog collapsed and almost died and when they brought their dog to a new vet they said they should have never let you leave the office. If you love your dog don't bring them here!

Provided by YP.comI love this place because of their exceptional hospitality, flexibility of weekend hours and especially the vets. The vets are qualified, love what they do and are highly professional. Gotta love 'em!
