I went in for a blowout. Michelle did my hair, an awful job at that, and talked my ear off while doing so. It was not relaxing at all. I walked out of the salon looking like I had just been caught in a rain storm, then put my finger in a socket. Further, she used way too much product making my hair look greasy. WORST BLOWOUT I HAVE EVER HAD. I actually went home, washed my hair and redid it. It would have been embarrassing to go out like that.

Two days later, I called the salon to speak with the owner, Grace and give her the chance to fix the mistake, or at the very least, acknowledge a very unhappy customer. She was not there, but I did speak with Susan. Susan assured me she would let Grace know and have either her or Laurie get back in touch with me. That was three days ago. I never heard from them. What an awful way to run a business, and treat a client. In addition, they charged me a different price for the blowout than originally said. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go here. I will not go back, nor refer anyone.
