I welcome the opportunity to express my experience with Everyday Mechanical Corp. I'm a property owner in NYC Having upgraded five steam boilers. I appreciated working with this company for the first time. They thoroughly researched the proper size boiler, they started on the day they said they would and kept a full crew on the job until its completion. Every pipe was covered with insulation where exposed, time was taken to perform a craftsman like job. A technician came when the boiler was fired up to make sure all readings were correct. Their employees were always aware for the safety of my tenants as material entered the basement. If I had a question Tony took the time to answer it. Everyday Mechanical will remain my only choice

What a waste of time and money-

plumbing inspection failed NYC DOB

owner never did the work and set up an inspection hoping the inspector wouldn't show

then refused to return the filing fee.
