Had a good experience living here. Unfortunately life went a bit crazy and had to break the lease but we worked with Ethan and he was very kind and easy to work with through a stressful thing and he even accommodated our request to use the security deposit for last months rent. The apartment had just been renovated and was really nice and in good condition and we did enjoy living there while we did.

We currently live in a Ridgewood Location managed by this company. My partner and I were very skeptical after reading the reviews. We spoke with a manager, we will keep his confidential, and he put us at ease. Its been over a year and they must have made some serious changes! These guys do it RIGHT! Our experience is if you dont like where you live MOVE OUT!!!! thanks.

I have read the reviews and understand where the previous tenants are coming from. Living in one of there units we unfortunately had bed bugs and other issues. The management company was on top of it. They clearly had exterminators and other people working hard to cure the situation. Any repairs were addressed in a timely manner. "You cant please everyone" the management company answered all call during business hours and the 24 hour emergency number was responsive. Currently relocated to another one of there buildings and i am very happy.

Would not recommend living in a building managed by this company. My past apartment had excessive mice and bug problems from a very poorly installed heating system which left large holes in the walls. Property manager was difficult to get a hold of and regularly ignored messages. Took 3 months to get my security deposit back, after having to remind them only a few days before the 90 day mark that I had not yet received it.



They are not landlords, the manage properties for property owners. They are not concerned about you, they are concerned about making money for their clients exclusively. I understand business is business, but I am a person and for a year that apartment was my home. Will not live in one of their properties ever again.

My wife and I had a similar experience with this management company. The worst I have ever dealt with. Our heat partially worked, we didn't have hot water for almost a month, we had a leak in our ceiling that took them 3 months to fix and our light didn't work in our living room for a month before they finally showed up to fix it. We had to actually call 311 and take them to court before they actually showed up to fix the problems. They have multiple violations on the HPD website. Do your research and don't rent from this company.

Do not rent from this management company. While living in one of their residences, I was consistently lied to when things were broken and needed repairs. For over a month the lock on the front door to the building was broken. When I confronted a person from management, he yelled at me said "I won't fix the lock, you can 311 as much as you want." We received no notice prior to noisy construction in the building that went on for weeks. I've lived in NYC for 11 years and this is the worst management company I have ever dealt with.
