I agree with the other 1 star reviews. Charged $25 for a 15 mile ride. Cash only. Car dirty and smelly. Lady that takes calls not professional.

They told me they couldn't do a Lakeville to Lakeville trip because, get this, it cost me too much (???) This was on 5/30/15 @ 2:30 pm. The lady was rude and smug.

i used these guys twice. the first time the driver tried to rip me off by rounding up. the second time i was flat out never picked up. waited 25 minutes at the train station before giving up. i had to walk home in the rain at midnight. these people suck and should also note that not even nyc is that expensive. they take advantage of people b/c they are the only taxi in town. nothing superior about them.

I rarely use taxi services, but I had no choice in the matter this week. My vehicle needed repairs and I needed transportation to the train station. I have used this company once before (2008) and I had thought the price of service was high then ($8.00 for three miles of travel). This time, not only was the driver 10 minutes late and took the longest route to the train station, he charged me $14.50 for four and a half miles of travel. When I called to complain, the dispatcher said, "Well, we get three dollars per mile..."



The commuter rail costs $15.50 round trip and we get 60 miles out of that! I thought using a local company would be economical while my truck was in the shop, but this was a fallacy. They bill themselves as an airport shuttle service, but *HELLO* I was only going three miles to the stupid train station not Logan.



These guys think they're in Boston. You'd think with the kind of money these thieves are making per mile they'd be driving limos instead of a fleet that looks like they belong to Rent-a-Wreck. There is nothing superior about them. Think twice about using these guys...
