So I got my refund and was able to cancell the $1,700 purchase and install of the LP tank and piping, but I do have a 3/4 inch hole in my previouisly functional fireplace redering it useless.

My intention walking into the showroom today was to find out exactly what they required for "snow free" roof so I could comply and reschedule. Thanks to the amazing level of responsibility transference and public insults they lost a long time and loyal customer.

Be carefull if you leave a deposit there is no refund not even a store credit if you have to cancel your stove order no matter what the reason is.
