I went to several groomers before I settled at this one. I took my yorkie to see how much it would cost and she told me 40-45. I called to verify the cost and was told that it would be 40.00 and that would be put on my record when I came in. I verified it again when I checked in. I also brought a picture of how I wanted my dog cut. I told her to leave his face as is. When I came to pick him up the price had changed from 40 to 45 and the tech (Trish) had butchered my dog. It did not look anything remotely like the picture. She did what she wanted to do. When I asked to speak to the owner, she came out and I told her that I would speak to her outside so not issues in her place. I told her my concerns and she was not the least bit interested in addressing them. Instead she was OK with how I was treated. Then Trish came outside and I asked her why she was there and the owner did not ask her to leave. Instead they thought it was funny. She spoke at me so rudely and told me he is a dog not a teddy bear. Funny that she butchered my dog's hair cut and funny that she could not put it back. I think I was treated this way because I am black.
