Great place to take your truck! Excellent customer service. This shop goes above and beyond to get your vehicle repaired.

I really wanted to have a good experience with this shop, brought our truck in on a Monday (scheduled apt), we waited a week to see what their diagnosis came back as, they didn't have a chance to get to it that week. We understand things happen and people get busy, but the following week we called a few times and all the information we got was they still needed to run a few tests... we drove by the shop almost everyday, the truck never moved from where we parked it originally. We finally decided to pick it up on the Friday of the second week there, and the diagnosis they provided was incredibly vague at best. The locations of the leak that were provided were incorrect as we have looked at the spot several times to see what they saw... In the end we just paid the diag fee since they opened the hood that Friday and needless to say we will not be going back there anytime soon if that is how it is operated. Very disappointed in the service. The bad part was that the service writer seemed very friendly and knew what he was talking about, so I feel like it would be a great place under different circumstances.
