My last visit to get blood work done was absolutely great! I hate needles and I dread getting them done. I was fortunate enough to visit the Quest Diagnostics clinic inside Walmart on Brannan Field. The Staff was polite, energetic, friendly, and very welcoming, especially the lab technician Tre’Shawna. Knowing that I feared needles, she assured me that everything would be fine, painless, and very quick and that I had nothing to fear. As a diabetic, I had several things done and the experience was amazing. Tre’Shawna is a remarkable and incredible lab technician! I trust her whole-heartedly when it comes to facing my fears with blood work and needles. Because she made me feel comfortable and safe with my lab work experience, I will no longer fear going back to get future blood work at this Quest Diagnostics. Tre’Shawna displayed real people talent, a very pleasant, endearing, welcoming smile, and professionalism representing her peers and employer at Quest Diagnostics. She is a model Lab Technician with so much potential. Thank you Tre’Shawna for giving me a very pleasant and amazing experience at Quest Diagnostics (inside Brannan Field Walmart).
