Provided by YP.comI am a 69 year old female who knows very little about small engines, but I think that if the service technician stared the mower with little difficulty then Dick1234 either flooded the lawn mower engine or did not pull the start cord more than once. I have to pull the cord on my gas string trimmer at least 3 times.
I had great service from Rich's. Very professional and repaired my rider with little difficulty. Charges were in line and response time was reasonable.
I recommended him to the neighbors on either side of me.
Would not be afraid to recommend him to my male/female friends.

Provided by YP.comMr. Rich was prompt, curtious, and well versed in mowers and repair. He performed a tune up with oil, plug, fiter, and checked the battery and belts. He informed me that my belts were still in good shape when he could have changed them and charged me; this makes him an honest businessman in my book. He changed my blades and completed the work in under an hour. I recommend this man's services without hesitation.

Provided by YP.comDON'T HIRE THIS GUY. He's a complete ripoff. After charging $100 to fix a small manual mower, we called him twice to follow up because our lawn mower would not start. Each time he was on the premises for two minutes. The second time we called him, he didn't say that it was going to cost anything, yet when he showed up he said that'll be $40, without even disclosing that on the phone. Had we known, we would have told the guy to don't bother and have a nice day. We still paid the guy because we are honorable people, but this guy didn't even have the decency to say thank you or the shame to be embarassed for what he did. I've already contacted the BBB as well. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!
DON'T WORK FOR THIS GUY! Customers mower in poor shape. Had not been kept up. I made needed repairs and unit ran fine. Customer called me back 2 weeks later saying the mower wouldn't start. I returned and in front of customer primed mower and pulled starter rope twice and unit fired over no problem. I did not charge him for service call but told him if he called me back again and there wasn't a problem I would have to charge a service call fee - $50. He called again a week later and again I responded and started the mower with no problem. I told I was only charging him $40. He took a few weeks to pay.
