I don't usually write reviews but buyer beware, not at all worth the price you will pay. The experience itself was terrible which is exactly the opposite result you hope for when hiring a caterer for a special event. Guests were not happy with the quality of the food, but of course by the time they were eating it the caterers were long gone. Too many events each day leads to less than satisfactory and clearly food prepared way far in advance. Won't let it ruin my event but certaonly will not be recommending to anyone.

Not a great experience with this establishment. Appointment was contracted a 4pm serve time so he said he would be at our party at 3:40 since he needed 20 minutes for prep and setup. We planned our party around this timeline and signed a contract stating as such.



3:40 came and went, we got nervous and tried calling the number provided but it went straight to voicemail every time. My wife and I called over 50 times with no luck. Finally at 4:45 received a call saying that he was 10 minutes away.  We were minutes away from sending someone too the grocery store for hots and hams since we weren't convinced he was showing up. We had a party of 50 people who were all waiting to eat so the crowd was getting restless since the food was an hour late, frustrating and embarrassing to say the least.



Needless to say I was furious at his unprofessionalism. When he finally showed I expressed my frustration, but all he could do was make excuses. I asked that he call me on Monday to discuss how he would accommodate us further but we never received a call. All he needed to do was call and tell us he was running late and that would have sufficed, but no call and his number went straight to voicemail, very unprofessional.



My wife even payed all costs up which I thought was odd, usually you pay a deposit and pay all remaining costs after the service has been delivered, he required full payment up front, I guess that should have been our first tip that something was off with this place.



Only reason for 1star is that I am required to do so by yp policy. Will not do business with again or recommend to anyone in the future.
