Although the rink is nice, the staff does not do an adequate job. I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for the woman at the snack bar to show up and when she did she was moving extremely slowly, especially since there was a line. When a person spilled Gatorade on the ice (one of the rules is no food or drinks on the ice except for water) no staff was even near the rink. The only person who was cleaning it up was a nice person, not a staff member. The rink management needs to do a better job in making sure their staff does a better job doing what they are supposed to do, including being there for their customers and enforcing the rules so that the rest of the rink, not just the ice can be a nice place.
