I talked to Ryan Corcoran over the phone and he assured me that we could likely get me into a vehicle that evening if I came in after work. He had all of my credit and income information already. After spending my entire evening there really getting the pressure put on, I left with no vehicle but a promise from Ryan to work on this the following day and get me into something then.

The following day, I called and was told Ryan would not be in until 2. I called at 2:45 and was told that Ryan was still not in, but that my name and number would be taken and if I didn't hear back, "he didn't come in." I ended up calling back and asking to work with someone else. The salesperson I was put on the phone with said he would take my file from Ryan's office and get started and even asked me what I'd be driving when I arrived after work that evening so he knew to look for me.

Awhile later, I received a voicemail from Ryan to give him a call back. I called back and left another message for Ryan to call me back. I did not hear from him before I left work, so I headed over. Ryan had me sit in an office for a bit while he was "just waiting for the rest of the information to come back from finance". When I asked for some details on what I was looking at, he replied, "we're going to have a number of options, but I don't want to speak on anything for sure until I hear back from finance." Eventually, Ryan came back to the office and asked me to go sit in a waiting area and have some cookies, coffee and watch TV. A different person came out after awhile and let me know that they were waiting to hear back from finance and that Ryan would be giving me a call around 10am the following day. How long does "hearing back from finance" typically take? I think Ryan dropped the ball and didn't get anything done since he wasn't in until approximately 4pm.

I have yet to receive this 10am contact from Ryan, but I did receive an automatically generated email from Bud Savich that began with, "I am Bud's supervisor, Bud Savich," that stated, "We haven't heard back from you." The email urged me to call or text and they would work diligently to help me find the perfect vehicle.

I have found another option and will not be going back to Schoepp. Ryan's story and promises changed many times while working with him and while I do know that this is to be expected from someone in sales, the inconsistent follow up and nobody seeming to know when or if Ryan would be in the office struck me as very odd.
