I just finished the EPA/HUD Certified Renovator training course with Matt Craig. He knew the material very well and has real life experience in the field – he was able to tell stories from earlier in the week.



Matt was a great instructor – he had a lot of material to cover in a single day but kept it interesting as it moved right along.



Most of the day was spent in regular classroom style but we did spend an hour or two in the afternoon learning how to take samples and build sheet plastic containment barriers.



You can download most of the raw material from the EPA’s website in the Lead Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting booklet but you have to take the live course to get your certification. Also in the live course they provide a whole stack of forms ready for copying and use.



Once again I highly recommend Matt Craig as an instructor and the Boston Lead Company’s training.
