I needed an appoinment right away.My dentist called the office for me. I was sent to Dr. Russo in the Middletown office. Their staff was very warm and welcoming. i was very nervous about my procedure as Ive never had a root canal before, and everyone from the receptioist to the assistant and the Dr, were wonderful.

I was only able to get an appointment 1 hour away .With the pain i was in and after seeing the crazy 16 step directions I canceled in the am .I called them back and was yelled at by the receptionist for not making the appointment. Being disabled and in extreme pain was not her concern at all.
