Hey my name is Antania and my mom isn't familiar with how to leave a review so im doing it for her lol. Daniel, Rod and Mark we're awesome!!! We were visiting Groton, CT from Texas. We had a collision and they fixed it in no time! These 3 men treated us as if we were family and the service was simply impeccable. Every one should go here! Computer Tune & Lube ����������������

MY NAME IS DANIEL GLYCK, & I HAVE BEEN THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR COMPUTER TUNE & LUBE SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2011. IN RESPONSE TO MARION142; ALTHOUGH, I MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO HELP YOU ON THIS OCCASION I AM SINCERERLY CONCERNED THAT YOU DID APPROVE OF YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US. SOMETIMES IT IS HARD TO DIAGNOS AN ISSUE FOR A VEHICLE UNLESS IT IS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION AS A CONCERN BY THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU JUST BROUGHT IT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE WE WOULD HAVE PERFORMED THE LUBE,OIL, FILTER JOB & DONE A BASIC SAFTEY INSPECTION, TIRES, BRAKES, ETC... BUT IT IS OFTEN IMPOSSIBLE TO DIAG A BAD BEARING WITHOUT BEING ASKED TO PERFORM A TEST DRIVE TO LISTEN FOR BEARING WHINE. HOWEVER, WHAT IS DONE IS DONE AND IF YOU COME BACK IN TO THE MIDDLETOWN LOCATION (I AM NOW HERE FULL TIME AS WE HAVE CONSOLIDATED LOCATIONS AND NO FOCUS EXCLUSIVELY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR MIDDLETOWN STORE) I WILL OFFER YOU A FREE OIL CHANGE AND SAFTEY INSPECTION OR DIAGNOSTIC IF YOU REFERENCE THIS REVIEW. Ok for oil changes, emissions, brakes and other small jobs. They cannot diagnose any serious problems. They couldn't tell that my front wheel bearings were shot. I went to another, highly recommended, mechanic in the nick of time. Bearings shattered, could have gotten killed had I believed what they told me at Computer Tune & Lube.

They also have a new manager there about every 3-6 months. What's with that?

i have been going to computer tune and lube since they opened and continue to go there today. They are very nice and do a very good job on your car i highly recomend ctl to andyone
