Sadly this was the worst Mexican restaurant Ive ever eaten at. They had 5 wait staff that just stared at us for about 10 minutes before one of them came over. The chef broke the golden rule of restaurants which is accommodate the customer. My Girlfriend wanted a shrimp queso and the chef would not make it, saying it was a special. She ordered a chicken and cheese queso and it came to the table with no chicken. I ordered the beef nachos where all the chips were burned and the beef and cheese were not fresh and tasted like it. HORRIBLE experience and the bill was an outrageous $38 for two bad meals and charges for guacomole and sour cream and they charge for the chips and salsa. We will NEVER go there again and you shouldn't either.

This is the most authentic Mexican cooking I have come across in a restaurant in this immediate area and in CT so far. Yes, it's small and basic, yes it only has 5 tables and a somewhat limited menu, but the place is clean, the folks that run it are nice and friendly and the food is great!



The food is home-made down to the black beans (that's right folks, tasty black beans, not red pinto beans) and corn flour wrap. Seasoned just right, not too much heat, just a spicy, tasty flare. The do serve beer and wine as well.

Very enjoyable food

I am a Mexican- American male born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I grew up eating homemade Mexican food and moved on to Tex-Mex food! The food here is authentic Mexican and tastes great!
