I was pleased with my visit to Quest Diagnostics. Ellen, the lab tech was friendly and very experienced. I felt very comfortable while I was there for routine blood work. My only frustration was calling to schedule the appointment and going thru a voice prompt with a computer. The next time I need to go I will schedule an appointment online. I recommend Quest Diagnostics highly, but always make an appointment first. They also accept walk-ins but the time wait would be much longer.
