I love Evolution Karate's Kick Boxing lessons! I have lost 17 pounds, and lost 3 sizes on my waist. Feeling great! Strongly recommend it!

My kids have trained under Master K and his staff for 3 years. Everyone is top notch. They are encouraging and help develop self esteem and leadership skills. They are dedicated to black belt excellence and beyond.
