I contacted Debra numerous times by email and by phone messages and she did not return my phone call until the day before the weddig. I had no idea how my cake was going to turn out. I was so stressed with the wedding details and she was no help. I would rate her customer service with that of a cell phone company.. HORRIBLE. She even used some cake trays she wanted back after the wedding buy still wont return a phone call so I can bring them to her. Her shop is never open unless you make an appointment first( GOOD LUCK!) Debra never gave me a copy of a contract even though I asked for one numerous times through email and phone message. She was paid in full immediately and I do not feel we deserved this kind of treatment for our wedding. I absolutely would not recommend her.
