Poor communication messed up the experience for me.

They left a voicemessage telling me that it would cost $5 more in shipping for my internet order with chocolate, so they were going to ship it WITHOUT. And it would arrive later than expected.



The same day I called to authorize the extra $5, but they just pointed to their policy, said it was too late, and shrugged. I am baffled why they would not email me nor wait to hear back before making such an important decision.
