TERRIBLE. It took me a month and 1/2 to get my CPAP because they kept saying my doctor didn't send enough information (the office does this all day long, it was ridiculous they would claim that!). THEN I have had to call as much as 6 times in a day to get an appt. No one can help me in the international customer svce line about equiepment questions. If I stop by a location they are there with patients. So I cannot be seen. Awful terrible. So frustrating..... on hold, call backs that take hours, customer service cannot answer questions. WORTHLESS!
