I brought furniture from this store in middletown the sales Reps. are very dishonest. The Sales Rep. Brian put an item on my sale receipt that I did not ask for and the Supervisor Lindsay agreed that I have to pay for it. I advise people not to buy anything out of this Ashley store. They are dishonest to their customers. They need to be band. I hope because of their dishonesty they close down and there business closes. They are a disgusting business. Brian the sales Rep. there is a dishonest and liar. I am very unhappy about this situation, because of this Ashley store I am closing my account.D.J.

Waited for my furniture - 3 piece set in time for Thanksgiving. All three pieces are damaged. Poor construction and workmanship. Cheap materials were used and was not what we paid for. We refused two of three pieces (customer care will come and fix it) and will wait and see the next set delivered - AFTER Thanksgiving. I will never purchase furniture from this chain again. Beware - no refunds. Furniture, as advertised, is not comparable to Raymour and Flanigan Don't bother!
