I wish there was an option to give no stars. I went to eye to eye out of convience, as it is much closer to my home than the place i was going to and loved for over 10 years. Well i was sorely disappointed when it took over 45 mins to see the doctor, even tho i had an appointment, then over two visits to get a pair of glasses made (wrong script, not what i ordered & paid for (thining lenses- i have a high script) to walk away with nothing- as i was not satifised with the way the glasses looked after the 2nd time! The staff are unprofessional, i requested to talk to the owner and was told on numerous occassions - in person and on the phone that the owner doesnt talk to customers. This was the worst experience i have ever had at a “professional” office. I was in touch with the office manager - Megan and requested a full refund and insurance reinstatment, after numerous calls to her and my insurance company who called on my behalf, i received a refund - not a full one tho, as they kept $90.00 for a contact lens fitting- despite the contacts were not the right prescription and had to be sent back. I do not feel i need to pay for incompetence of the Doctor. Do not go to this place if you have any incling of bad vision, as they can not acomadate you and will only rip you off.

AVOID THIS PLACE . IT TOOK 3 MONTHS AND 5 VISITS TO GET A PAIR OF GLASSES MADE RIGHT . NOTING BUT COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS ALSO. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE.
