I 100% agree with both comments. i had water bubbles across my ceiling when it rained then eventually the ceiling started leaking. They took longer to fix for a situation like the
is. Others in complex are having the same issues but with brown and black mold involved. They provide inefficient heat . AC are more like it. The `units they purchased only heat and cool 440 square feet. My electric bill is insane because of this. Thee are ac's and supplement heaters. The old units which most of us still have continuously run and don't shut off like they are supposed to. The owed is arrogant and maitanence is very slow and only do half the job. Al to of people are complaining and moving out as I will be soon. Don't move here .

The saying doesn't stand true when it comes to first impressions, they are under new ownership, not that the prior owners we're much better but compared to the new owner they certainly were. They seem to care more about their Black Mercedes S550 than their tenants, recently the hurricane damaged my roof i called that day and was told someone would be there first thing Monday, well know one showed nor did i receive an apology. I've now been trying to get someone to look at it for the past month and when i finally saw the weasel that runs/owns who knows, all he said to me was one thing at a time while laughing and walking away at the same time. One thing at a time would have to be the illegal apartment their building right next to me which they work on day night and weekends I am a full time student and can not get a thing done do their care in the least NO. What a horrible place to live. The new owner for some reason thinks the world simply revolves around him, very smug, arrogant, conceded, and egotistical. If you move in after reading this, in my opinion you deserve what you will most definitely get. F-F-F-F- / 1 out of a 100 (the one is for, 4 walls and a roof, well it is about to cave in on my head one day but it's still a roof, right?) along with their little selling line on the electric heat. "Oh your bill won't be over $100 a month, yea I was a suckered to believe that when in fact my O&R bill alone averages over $300 a month, that's on top of their ridiculous rent, cable and other bills.
