I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from this location. Please don't go by the previous review as the person obviously had a very unlucky experience and most likely is exaggerating. I met jack myself and he's a great guy. I didn't personally work with him but I'm sure his comments were taken out of context or the person was just lacking a sense of humor. Anyway I worked with a jennifer and mike and they were extremely pleasant to work with. Everything fit just great and I would definatley recommend this business for all tuxedo and suit needs. I don't have much experience with tuxes but I have ordered from Sossis in the area once prior and have to say mens wearhouse was a much better experience for customer service and financially.

Horrible experience. Discourteous store manager. They go out of their way to insult their customers. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS CHAIN!!! I just returned from a trip to the Mens Wearhouse and felt compelled to inform the public about our absolutely horrific experience. In measuring my husband, the store manager, Jake, consistently proceded to make hurtful and malicious comments directly to my husband about his body. I was shocked and appalled that this was going on and furthermore, that this was this locations manager, someone the Mens Wearhouse brand has chosen as a representative for their brand. If the store manager is treating customers like this then you can only imagine the low standards that this company is built upon. Ironically, the company positions itself on a slogan, "You're going to like the way you look, I guarantee it". Well in reality, they make fun of the way you look and the only thing that they pretty much could guarantee is that you will walk away hating yourself. Shame on you Store Manager Jack of the Middletown, New York location!!!!! People such as yourself should NOT be in the customer service industry. You obviously are the type of individual who needs to take a hard look in the mirror and re examine yourself because from where I am standing you are FAR from perfect!
