Probuild placed a lien on our property after our contractor went out of business. Our cabinets were never delivered and they never tried to discuss the matter with us personally until after they had filed the lien. Now a year has gone by, the cabinets are no longer under manufacturers warranty and are basically useless to us. Yet Probuild still holds the lien. Watch your back if you deal with this company. They only believe in their bottom line and will run over anyone in order to collect a buck.
