If you can get past the ridicu...

If you can get past the ridiculously unprofessional front desk manager and owner you will leave feeling refreshed and well pampered.

I called to make an appointment and told all of the details to the receptionist who then asked me if she could call me back to schedule a time for the services. I agreed and received a phone call an hour later. That same receptionist asked me what she could do for me. I was surprised that I had to tell her my needs once again as she claimed to have forgotten.

And don't ever try to cancel an appointment without significant notice. The spa will not recognize any excuse (even life or death), will not believe you when you are being honest, and will charge you for services that you never received. The front end staff is not on the same page and should definately re-consider their business practices as far as proper treatment toward their customers.

I expect more from a spa that is there primarily to promote relaxation and all you get is grief and misunderstanding from the front end.
