Cassanos service call center does not honor their word. My daughter is Lacey. We ordered a pizza and 90 minutes later it still wasn't here. Two calls later, and we're told an adjustment would be made, and the delivery boy would know about it. However, he did not. I called back. The lady would not let us talk to her manager, and kept telling us Lacey did not talk to her manager. I was on my cell phone trying to complain at one time, while lacey was on her phone, and was told she was talking to the manager and they were dealing with the problem at one point. I hate it when my husband dares to have a problem with any restaurant, so I don't ever like to complain, but it bothers me so much to spend money on something, and get such poor service, and be accused of lying when I just don't lie.

This place is the bomb, I love the pizza!!! It is MMMMM MMMM GOOOOD!!!!

They are improving.My husband loves the squares.
