My laptop was never returned to me. I waited three months, even filed a police report (not that they were much help), and still no communication or laptop. He scammed me and got kicked off of thumbtack for scamming others. Recommend you stay away.

The owner was supposed to fix my daughter's cracked phone screen. He was very nice, made me feel comfortable and at ease. He seemed to be a really great guy. He took her phone apart and found that it was worse than expected, put it back together and called to let me know. That was nice of him. He cared enough to not make things worse. He even allowed me to purchase nice phone cases through him. But since he couldn't fix the screen he was going to only charge me for labor and refund me the money I paid for the parts. It's been almost 2 months and he will not refund me the money. I have contacted him once a week and he keeps blowing me off about the money. I don't understand the problem. It isn't like he has to refund me hundreds of dollars. The right thing to do is to refund me the money I paid up front for the parts. By this point I think he should refund me the whole thing since he keeps blowing me off. Not very business like of him. I don't recommend you working with this man unless you pay him after the work is all done.
