avoid at all costs. Took a backwards compatible ps3 in for service, was told up front how much "out the door" to fix and only a few days to complete. Well 7 weeks later still not fixed and no communication from them at all during the 7 weeks unless I stopped in the store (which was just about every other day), and got every excuse under the moon why it's not fixed. Very poor communication skills from him. The only plus side is he did give a full refund.

Gave me an estimate that I had to pay up front, and later said they couldn't get the parts. Had to make many phone calls and wait weeks to find this out. They offered me a computer that was in terrible shape to make up for the mistake. It would not charge. The owner refused to refund me when I told him I was returning the computer because it didn't work. I was very close to calling the police after he raised his voice at me argued that he couldn't issue a refund. Once I told him I was going to call the police, he finally refunded me, but I lost my computer and everything on it. This was last year. I don't know if this place is still in business, but stay away!
