I really don't have any complaints. Every issue I ever had got resolved quickly. Anytime something needed repairs it had always been addressed quickly. The land lady at the office has always been nice respectful and easy to talk to. My only complaint is there seems to be a lot of people moving in with lots of kids and there is just no place for them to play.

I have lived at lamberton square for 4 years. My apartment is very big compared to others and I have no one living above me. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood in a good location. It's a shame that only people with negative things to say post reviews. I have never had a problem here, the landlady has always been pleasant, and the rent is low for the area. I did have a problem with my refrigerator but she took care of it. If you are being evicted then they must had a legal reason or you didn't pay rent.

Do not rent from there. Its a pig sty, landlady is a liar and will do nothing to fix up the place, the only way to get results ks call the city bldg inspector. Landlady will lie right to you. Its a DUMP. you have been warned.

For anyone thinking about moving into these apartments. Don't! They are falling apart and it is a waste of your money. They will let anyone live here just so they can get your money, and then evict you as soon as they don't like you. It's the truth. There is vandalism, bed bugs and roaches here. And the management doesn't do anything about it. She hides behind her phone and will lie to your face when u meet her. I suggest looking somewhere else to take your family. They don't even let the kids enjoy themselves outside here. They are greedy slumlords with a manager that is never there to help!

This is fair warning to anyone looking for an apartment to rent. DO NOT rent from these people. These apartments look nice on the outside(mostly) but are falling apart on the inside. The carpet does not get replaced, the windows leak, there are constant gas and water problems and the management staff stare at you when your outside, like your up to no good or something. They do not follow their own rules in their lease and will evict you as soon as they find even the smallest reason. I highly recommend that you do not waste your money here. Richbuilt apartments is not worth your time and money.
