If I could give zero stars I would. For my senior prom, I ordered a dress in a size 8. The next day I recieved a phone call stating that they were not able to order my dress in the size I wanted. I asked for a refund due to the fact they were not able to give me the dress I purchased. My request was denied and I was forced to buy the size 10 dress I had tried on in the store. The dress was too large and we were also forced to pay for our alterations! We went to the alterations place in the store and we were once again disappointed. The opionated atlerations women insisted upon making changes that were unnecessary. When I went to pick up the dress, I was extremely dissapointed to discover that the dress in the midsection had not been made any smaller instead she had tightened the strap and make the dress unberable to wear. When I told her it was too tight, she said "you will just have to get over it." After spending over $400 on a dress and in alterations, I HATE the fit and am most likely not going to be able to wear it. I will never be going back, and warned all the girls at my school not to go here.
