Wonderful place to tan! I love everyone there, very helpful..... My tan always looks its best, and their products are spot on....

These folks are rip offs, the manager is rude, they need to get nicer employees or their company is not gonna make it!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE to their customers. I have had a month membership last month and went in on the 26 to cancel it. The staff member working said that I would have to speak to the manager or call customer care to see if I could still cancel. We ended up calling the manager earlier today and explained our situation and she was the most rudest & snobbiest person I've ever spoken to saying there was nothing she could do. We called Palm Beach Tan customer care afterwards told them the same thing, and the lady told us she didn't know why they said they couldn't do anything because they have refund request forms. She told us to go back to the store and ask to fill one out and they would fax it to them and we would be refunded. We were so upset.. all the manager had to do instead of arguing was tell us she had the forms and for us to come in. We went in the store nice as can be, AT FIRST. They would not let us fill out the form at all because that was for them to do not us, and they pretty much called us LIARS and said we told them a different story and we would not get a refund. At this point, my fiance and I were livid, they were being complete SNOBS laughing and smiling every time we said something. This is soooo unprofessional. I've never seen any place treat their customers so terribly. This is not their decision to make, it was customer cares job to make that decision. AFTER I made a scene and putting their store down is when they pulled out the form we came there to fill out. They said that they were supposed to fill it out when in fact, it was our job and we had to sign. So, they were going to not give us any paper to try and get a refund. And they even called the cops because I was throwing a fit... and looking stupid on their part, the cops came and looked at them stupid for even calling them not saying a word to me at all. After all this trouble today, we got home and called customer care and explained what had happened, and they apologized and said we in fact can receive our payment back. It's sad we had to throw this big of a fit to get our money back for a month I wouldn't even be able to tan for!!!! This whole store and the manager are AWFUL, they do not care about their customers at all, and if something comes up, like an emergency, and you forget to cancel your membership because you can't tan... they will have no mercy on you and will not give your money back unless you put up a fight!!! Find a different tanning place, it is not worth the hassle..I've never met such people who can treat their customers like they did today. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, snobby, and like another review said, the girls have way too much attitude! And you think from seeing all their bad reviews they would want to treat their customers nicer, that's not the case at all.... I regret giving them the benefit of the doubt.. LISTEN TO REVIEWS. This stuff could happen to anyone!
