Local Company that has been around Middletown for as long as I can remember. Seams like they give good care to their Patients.

Kensington is a great place to work. The new Administrator and Director of Nursing are very caring and compassionate.

I spoke with the Administrator of the nursing home. This lady is very loud and very rude. She tries to control the conversation by talking this way. I had a valid reason for speaking with her regarding my family member and her response for my concerns were definitely unacceptable. I am looking into speaking with her superior. The nursing home isn't the worse but could definitely be better. Many of the staff members just DO NOT seem to want to do their jobs or they are unhappy with their jobs. This lady also hung up on me at the end of the conversation. I intend to continue to keep a check on my family member during his stay at this facility.
