Horrible company. We just moved got a outrageous bill. We lived there for 3 yrs with our two kids. Had our ac go out for 3 months in the middle of the summer and it took her three months to find someone that actually knew what they were doing. Then our water heater went out in Jan. It took them two weeks to walk across the parking lot and grab another one. On top of me having to remind her every other day. And they came and fixed a "patch" in our carpet the guy that fixed it said the floor was dry rottening underneath but the landlord didn't do anything about it. Our ac unit was leaking and my husband ended up fixing it before someone even came to see it. This is a piss poor company. Plus you never know when the landlord is going to be in the office. Doesn't get there till probably after 10 and she's gone before 3, sometimes even 2. DONT RENT FROM THEM.

Information is hard to find. Good price, apartments aren't bad, but definitely issues here. Right next to Trailbridge Townhomes, so that is an issue (noise, safety). Kids run all over with no parents watching and the noise level here isn't great either. Landlord is okay but not flexible on hours or anything if you work her office hours which are about 9-4 and that's if she is there. Don't expect quiet. Had my hamper stolen from the laundry room and my welcome mat stolen all within the first 2 weeks of living here. People like to sit outside with music blarin from their cars at all hours and no one does anything about it.



Mostly its noise, which for me was an issue.

Trying to find out some information about this apartment complex. Any Info? is it safe, how is maintenance and the office.
