Told me the contact fitting fee was $50 over the phone. Dr Shadwick informed me after the exam, it would cost me close to $200. When I questioned this, he became very rude and told me to leave if I didn't want to pay it. He is was very unprofessional about the whole experience. Went to Walmart, where the exam and fitting fee was $75.00 total.

I've never rated anything on here, but he was so rude, I felt this action was warrented.
