Provided by YP.comSkip the mall eye doctors.
Eye Care Eye Wear provides dedicated service by both the reception staff and the eye doctor. The hours are so convenient and the eye glass selection is diverse for both economy and high end fashion shoppers. I had to go to the office for a medical eye problem and the receptionist went out of her way to make sure I was seen. If you want quality service don't go anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comGreat Place. Nice selection of frames. They don't have a lot of low end , cheap frames but that stuff won't last anyway. The prices are very reasonable. My exam was very thorough, not like a rush job at some mall locations. Also the quality of the eye wear was exceptional. I've had my glasses for 2 years without problems and I'm very hard on them. I would highly recommend eye care eyewear center for all your eye needs.

Provided by YP.comI chose this place because it was close to my home and they accept my insurance coverage. Dr Greenburg was very nice and seemed to do a thorough exam for my two children. However, when it came time to select frames, my jaw dropped at the prices. I asked to be directed to the most economical selections since I have to buy for two. My boys chose frames which were marked with retail prices so there was no way to tell what the final cost would be because the insurance reimburses based on a wholesale formula. My boys picked frames, the doctor wrote up the order and mumbled something about the overage amount being 88 dollars. I thought that was okay and proceeded to the reception area to finalize the order.she added up the total and told me it was $184. I asked what happened to the $88 the dr has mentioned. She said that was for one pair but the other pair was $96. I said that was too much and asked if there were any frames that were less expensive that they could choose from since that was way out of my range. She just gave me a blank stare, so I asked her to write out their prescriptions for me so I could go to an out of network providor to have glasses made. We went to another shop that has an everyday 2 pair of glasses special. The boys actually liked the frame selection better and I put in an order for two pairs of glasses for each boy(that's 4 pairs total) for $140 PLUS I will be reimbursed for $70 from my insurance company. That's 4 pairs for less than Eyecare Eyeware wanted for one pair with my insurance coverage! I suppose if you want designer styles and don't mind paying a lot for them, this is your place. But if you have a family budget in mind, steer clear!
