My coworkers and I ordered dinner from here, two Gen Tsos's with fried rice and a separate order of white rice. The delivery was made on a motorcycle, and we did not receive silverware. When I called to report it, the lady told me that I should have mentioned it. Plasticware should be provided when making a delivery; it's just common sense. So, I asked her to have the delivery guy bring two Pepsis along with the forks. The delivery was now made with a Jeep, with a DOG in the vehicle. I love dogs, but you should not be bringing pets on a food delivery. We finally got our forks, and one Pepsi and one Iced Tea (they don't check the bottles?). My coworkers did not enjoy their chicken (I did, but then I wasn't the one that ordered and paid for it). Other than the questionable service, good size servings and decent tasting food (it also remained hot until we got our forks, almost 45 minutes later). Fix your customer service and we may order from there again. Maybe.
