Provided by YP.comWhat a shame the better watch companies won't supply his little tiny store...he could really use more product lines, but it's shrinking, and fast. Whenever I go in there to find my favorite brands, I hear another story about how awful this company or that is because Mr. Silvia ( the owner) just can't seem to get along with his suppliers.
I had my watch case really badly scratched when they changed the battery, and went to a Barrington store ( true fine watch dealers) to repair it.
Go anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comAgree with the earlier reviewers. The owner (Larry?) is condescending and rude. the other guy seems nicer. Glad there's another game in town. I'll be going there.

Provided by YP.comI have been here on three separate occasions. Once to replace a pin in my watch, once a battery and the third time is why I am writing this review. If they weren't the only game in town, I wouldn't have gone back a second or third time. Each time, I think it's the owner, is very condescending and rude. His attitude was like he was doing ME a favor. This last time not only was he rude, he was wrong about what was supposed to be replaced. He tried to charge me for a part that does not exist on my watch. I did a search, and to my surprise he wasn't the only game in town. I took it to a competitor in Newport on Bellevue (I won't disclose the name but you could figure it out) and I walked in and they were very, very pleasant and helpful, what a great change. They took care of me the same day and informed me that the part that Watches Etc. had told me I needed does not exist on my watch. So not only do you get a horrible attitude, Watches Etc. seems to be incompetent. The business acumen...astounding, no wonder watch manufacturers have pulled out of that store.
