I have been taking my dogs and cat to them for a number of years and found the service to be exceptional. Much better than others I've used prior. Their fees are reasonable and I have found them extremely cooperative when I have called them with questions. I love my pets like family and won't take them anywhere else unless it's an emergency after hours.

Most awful place! I will never use this veterinary office again. I took my dog there a month ago for a nail trim. The service was reasonable and the job was done adequately. I took my dog there for a second trim this past week. My dog is very nervous about having her nails trimmed, which is why I go to a professional. I am very dissatisfied at the service I received. First, we were put in an exam room and left for over 25 minutes. I finally was so upset that I started to leave, but was convinced to stay. BIG MISTAKE. The service was not professional, and I felt my dog was handled very roughly To add insult to injury, I then was overcharged for the service. I wouldn't give them a positive rating unless it was a negative one. In order to post this, I am required to post a rating, but believe me, I rate them below zero.

I have been a client here for many years. From the minute I walk in the door I know that this veterinarian's office loves animals. The staff greets us with a smile and the doctors and techs are so full of information and knowledge. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have two dogs and I have taken them there a number of times to be groomed and treated and always felt the dogs were well taken care of. I always check the dogs when I pick them up to see if they were clipped by the clippers or cut to close and never did I ever see anything. I do think the ofc staff were none to ambitious but the doc and the groomer seemed to be loving and caring with their treatments and care.

If you are looking for a veterinary office that will go above and beyond the call of duty this office is NOT for you. The staff is very rude. I stopped to have a fecal looked and and the denied the service to me because they closed in 10 min. They were "preparing to leave." The front office staff is not helpful and talks down to you like they are better than you are and the have better things to do than do give advice a run a simple test. There are many other vet offices that you can go to that will be happy to help. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET LOOK ELSEWHERE!
