Bayside Home Care is so accommodating and they exceeded our expectations for private duty care. Their caregivers are trained in a number of different specialties depending on your needs. They also treated our family member as if they were their own family. This allowed us to keep our family member in their own home which helped to promote their quality of life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for care in order to keep their loved one in the comforts of their own home.

They make my mom feel special and have given me peace of mind knowing someone is there as needed for her. The communication and suggestions from them have been very beneficial as well.

After my mom passed a few years ago I started providing care for my Dad. I couldn't believe how much energy it took but was reluctant to try another approach. My sister tried to hire someone off an ad and that was a disaster and my dad did not want a stranger in his house. I spoke with a social worker and she suggested I call Kim at Bayside. They have been with my Dad for a few months and I have been very pleased. My Dad actually looks forward to visiting now with his caregivers. The staff has been dependable and very caring to him.
