I would not recommend this business to anyone! Very poor and timely service, still haven't received service. Can't be reached by telephone as they don't answer their phone and the mailbox is full. Suppose to have a morning appointment, waited and no serviceman. Nothing irritates me more than a no show, waste of my time!!!

i called last week and set up the appointment for today before noon....the technition still wasnt here by 2 pm....so u callede, and the lady said she told me after noon today....hmmmmm news to me...then with the tech being that late her excuse was....ohhhhh he must be running a lil behind....good god.....you think lady....then he claims that its a swtch to the heating element....i told him no its the heating element...when u run a pair of jeans thru for 4 cycles and they are still wet....its the heating element.....well after 5 minutes of being here and billing be damn near $150.00....and it NOT working...they are gonna fix it for free....or off to court we go

the techs are very polite and professional, they fixed my washer, and it was very reasonalble rate, i would recomend to other.

The technician was sent out the same day that I called for repair. He showed up at 430 for the 300 appointment. To his credit he diagnosed the washing machine and recommended against fixing due to its age and it likely being a short term fix. However he claimed that the payment could not be made using credit card because it was too late in the day. It was before 5 pm and he should have been able to accept this payment method. I called the receptionist the next business day to ask about the payment policy. She informed me that the office is open until 5 and the payment should have been able to be made. She wasn't interested in finding out why he couldn't accept payment in that form. Their prices seem in line with what others are charging, but the customer service is severely lacking. I will never use this company again. I will definitely never recommend them to other people.
