went in not entirely knowing what i wanted and they sat down with me and worked on the design with me until i was 100 percent happy with it and then they got it done way faster than i expected

I have gone here twice for letters and both times they have messed up. When I explained the mess up the owner told me that it was fine and would not acknowledge a clear mistake. Two of his employees agreed with me. After persistence they made me agreed to make me a new shirt. The owner is very rude and demeaning. He stated that "they do not make mistakes" which is completely false. He never apologized for the mistake nor acknowledged that he made one. Mistakes happen but they way they reacted and treated me was unprofessional and uncalled-for. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.
