A customer had their vehicle brought to our garage, the Kreager tow person backed into our boat, left a gouge, broken tail lite, and schredded our new $200.00 dollar boat cover. All we ask was to cover the cost of the boat cover, what we got was GO KICK ROCKS... They will not be allowed on our property again !!!!

NEVER USE TOW SERVICE! Got a tow less than three blocks and they charged 180 dollars. Said had to use flat bed because my truck is 4wd. That's bull because it's a 2wd. Called the next morning and got a quote from them for the same tow. I was told 70 bucks. I questioned why I got charged 180 the night before and the lady was rude and totally making up excuses one after another.

This company needs to go back to Saginaw where they belong. F'ing crooks wouldn't even give me a price till my truck was all hooked up.
