Founded in 1956, Midland High School is a comprehensive four-year high school. Its facility covers a space of more than 50 acres and consists of over 100 faculty members. The school is accredited by the North Central Association. Its curriculum offers classes in art, drama, English, foreign language, humanities, mathematics, music, physical education, science, social studies. The school also issues a monthly online newsletter that provides information on happenings and events of the school. Additionally, the school s special education program offers resources for cognitive impaired, emotionally impaired and students with disabilities. Located in Midland, Mich., the school also operates a co-operative education program that offers an opportunity for students to be employed at supervised job training stations, such as science labs, retail stores, medical centers, schools, private homes, care centers, auto repair facilities and drafting firms.
