Service is poor at best. Left to fend for myself and had to deal directly with device manufacturer. They recommended another provider, and so do I.

Carrie just left my house. She is the respiratory therapist for Midland Oxygen. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also called the office and the customer service rep was very nice. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Unprofessional staff readily will deny or lie to customers. Their excuses change daily, as do the company policies and procedures. Regret ever entering their door.

The ladies at this place are rude! My mom has gone in and had to wait with others customers while the lady sat on the phone with her mother. Her reasoning for this is that her mother is a customer. If we had a question about billing they were unable to help us and told us we needed to call RoTech. Went in there to cancel our service with them and the lady in there told us "Whatever!" she was a real unprofessional.
