The Robinson's staff are amazing! From chemicals to part replacement they were helpful and professional. As long as I am a hot tub owner they will have a loyal customer!

Great customer service! Have done a lot of business with them recently for questions and supplies for our pool. They are very knowledgeable. I needed a few things to get our pool going and both my babies fell asleep in the car on the way to their store. I called to ask if I could pay over phone and meet them at the door. They did even better and came right out to the car. Stupid little request but that made my life a little easier.

Robinson's has delivered everything as promised, and more. Their Dimension One Spas is operating outstandingly. Personnel are knowledgeable and courtious. Delivery was promt and service is excellent.

Tried them for pool cleanings and had an awful experience. They committed to show up on Friday and mid afternoon, I get a call saying they can't make it. No reason given. Told me I was going to have to wait til Monday until I complained. Send a guy out to clean the pool who talked down to my wife while he was there. He dumped chlorine and was going to come back to clean it Monday, which they say he did but if he did, I am better off with my 8 year old son cleaning the pool. When I called to discuss the matter with the owner, he refunded most of my money and promptly hung up on me. I will never buy another thing here!

We recently purchased our first hot tub. The staff at Robinson's Hot Tubs were extremely knowledgeable about the tubs they sell. They were helpful and very friendly. Robinson's also offers extras with the sale of their tubs, which other stores we checked with charged for the additional items they give you, and the price was still competitive with others.
