Staff was extremely unprofessional and tried overcharging me for laundry. I had a metal basket that I knew didn't weigh 2 pounds and she told me I didn't know what I was talking about. After I made her weigh it I saved a few bucks. Will not be going back.

4 stars for the Saginaw road location - 1 for the one on Waldo. The last time I went to the Waldo location after work, the counter lady was incredibly rude. I knew what the cut-off time was for starting a load and I don't take my time or leave the premises. I don't even sort or fold - I just wash,dry and leave. She rode my tail about the clock from the time I started until I needed dryers. Of course, she flatly said that only the dryers on one side of the laundromat were available. She herded all the remaining customers to one side and proceeded to mop the floors 1 hour before closing. I understand that shutting down a business alone takes time, but being bossy and rude to customers just to get a few things done is not professional at all. I go to the Saginaw location, although Waldo is far closer for me.

I'm been going here for over 15 years. I love the service I get here. The staff always very helpful. I never have any problems. Always get good service. Good job to all the staff.

They're always shutting 1/2 the place down an hr+ before closing time..

Tonite, there are NO dryers available on the other side...I'd go somewhere else, but I've tried that before...they're all owned by the same company. I guess when you have no competition you provide no service.. Got me by the balls and clearly don't care..
