Provided by YP.comWell, what can I say more than HORRIBLE JOB ON MY SHOES!!! Overcharged me $10 more for heels more than my prior shop where I worked and they came out horrible. I don't know where the positive reviews came from (probable family and friends), but try them and you will probably know what I meant. It is unfortunate because there are not many shops out there but overcharging for crummy service, NO THANKS!!
So sorry you had a bad experience. Neither of us have any recollection of you bringing your problem to our attention. Perhaps you were mistaken on the charges. We are members of the Shoe Service Institute of America. We know that our prices are in no way more than $10.00 more than other repair shops. I encourage you to bring your shoes and yourself to our attention so we can help you in this matter.

Provided by YP.comNot only did I receive quality work at a fair price, but Bill himself repaired two pair of shoes while I grabbed a slice of pizza next door. One pair of heels just needed new tips while the other pair required a more imaginative approach for repair. My experience was fast convenient service that I thought was a thing of the past as far as Shoe Repair goes and my shoes look great.
